A grilled cheese sandwich and pizza rolled into one. Really, does it get any better than this?

- Two slices bread
- 2 T. butter, softened
- 2 T. pizza sauce
- 6 pepperoni slices
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Butter bottoms of two slices of bread; lay both butter-side down in skillet, spread pizza sauce on other sides. Lay pepperoni slices on one slice of bread, sprinkle with cheeses, and top with other slice of bread. Fry over low-medium heat for about two minutes each side, until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
