Recipe from Taste of Home's "Contest-Winning Annual Recipes 2006" cookbook
- 1 C. butter
- 2 C. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
- 3 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 C. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease cookie sheets.
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at at time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla and maple flavoring. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Add white chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden-brown and delicious.
