- 1 C. butter, softened
- 2 C. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 C. + 2 T. baking cocoa
- 1/2 C. flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease one 9" x 13" baking dish.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and cocoa; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Add coconut.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (do not overbake).
